1、油浸式电力变压器是一种大容量变压器，广泛用于电力系统的输电和配电。它主要由铁芯、线圈、油箱、油枕、绝缘套管、保护装置和冷却系统组成。油浸式变压器油箱内的油，可以使各层线圈、线圈与接地的铁芯和油箱之间有着可靠的绝缘。变压器油还能保护绝缘漆、棉纱、绝缘纸等固体绝缘材料不与空气接触，防止其老化而易被击穿。同时，变压器在运行中，由于铁芯和线圈产生的铁损和铜损会转化为热能，使变压器各部分温度升高。为了防止温升，就要及时散热。变压器内所产生的热量，正是依靠变压器油的热传导和对流而达到了冷却散热的目的。

1. Oil immersed power transformer is a kind of large capacity transformer, which is widely used in power transmission and distribution. It is mainly composed of iron core, coil, oil tank, conservator, insulating sleeve, protection device and cooling system. The oil in the oil tank of the oil immersed transformer can provide reliable insulation between the coils of each layer, the coil and the grounded iron core and the oil tank. Transformer oil can also protect solid insulating materials such as insulating paint, cotton yarn, insulating paper from air contact, and prevent them from aging and being easily broken down. At the same time, during the operation of the transformer, the iron loss and copper loss produced by the iron core and coil will be converted into heat energy, which will increase the temperature of each part of the transformer. In order to prevent temperature rise, it is necessary to dissipate heat in time. The heat generated in the transformer depends on the heat conduction and convection of the transformer oil to achieve the purpose of cooling.

变压器油在运行中有很多维护措施，这里着重介绍几种防止运行油老化的措施。

(1)呼吸器

(1) Respirator

呼吸器通常与储油柜配合使用。呼吸器底部常装有油封(充氮保护油封箱)其装置如图所示。

Breathing apparatus is usually used with oil conservator. The bottom of respirator is often equipped with oil seal (nitrogen filled protection oil seal box), and its device is shown in the figure.

它不同于一般的储油柜，在其内部装有橡胶质的密封件，使油和空气隔离，以防外界水分和空气进入而导致有的受潮与氧化。

净油器是利用吸附剂对油进行连续再生的一种装置。我国规定，对1000KVA以上的变压器一般应装有净油器。温差循环净油器(即热虹吸过滤器)是各界各国广泛采用的一种净油装置，构造如图所示。变压器安装温差循环净油器是去除水分和酸性组分的有效措施。

Oil purifier is a kind of device that uses adsorbent to regenerate oil continuously. According to the regulations of our country, the oil purifier should be installed for the transformer above 1000KVA. The temperature difference circulating oil purifier (i.e. thermosyphon filter) is a kind of oil purifier widely used in various countries, and its structure is shown in the figure. The installation of temperature difference circulating oil purifier in transformer is an effective measure to remove water and acid components.

通过对变压器油的监督管理,发现异常现象进行故障分析和处理,对运行中的变压器油进行维护和监督可以提高变压器安全运行可靠性。

新变压器油注入设备前，须用真空滤油机进行过滤净化处理，使油在高真空和适当温度下雾化，以脱除油中的气体、微量水和其他杂质。这种净化处理适用范围很广，不仅能满足一般电气设备用油的净化需要，而且对高电压、大容量电气设备用油的净化效果尤其显著。
