充足的变压器油才可以保证抽油电力设备的正常运行，一旦油位异常，容易引起变压器故障，应根据不同油位情况进行及时处理，以保障变压器的安全稳定运行。
Sufficient transformer oil can ensure the normal operation of pumping power equipment. Once the oil level is abnormal, it is easy to cause transformer failure. Timely treatment should be carried out according to different oil levels to ensure the safe and stable operation of the transformer.
一、油位过高的处理
1、 Treatment of high oil level
当变压器油位高出高油位线时，应根据引起的原因，采用不同的方法进行处理。
When the oil level of transformer is higher than the high oil level line, different methods should be adopted according to the causes.
1、过负荷或三相电流严重不平衡而使得某一相电流超过额定值引起的，应调整负荷。
1. If overload or serious unbalance of three-phase current causes one phase current to exceed the rated value, the load shall be adjusted.
2、冷却器异常引起变压器油温度升高，油受热膨胀，造成油位上升，则应检查冷却器是否积灰堵塞，油管上、下阀门是否打开，风扇、潜油泵运转是否正常，油温是否合适等，及时处理使冷却器恢复正常运行。
2. If the abnormal cooler causes the temperature rise of transformer oil and the oil is heated and expanded, which causes the oil level rise, it is necessary to check whether the cooler is blocked by ash, whether the upper and lower valves of oil pipe are opened, whether the fan and submersible pump operate normally, and whether the oil temperature is appropriate, so as to restore the normal operation of the cooler.
3、如果油位过高是变压器加油过多引起的，应放油至适当高度。

二、油位过低的处理
2、 Treatment of low oil level
1、若油位低且未发现漏油现象，运维人员应汇报，尽快补入同型号的合格变压器油。
1. If the oil level is low and no oil leakage is found, the operation and maintenance personnel shall report and replenish the qualified transformer oil of the same type as soon as possible.
2、若是漏油使油位明显降低，应采取措施消除漏油，并立即加油，使油位恢复正常。
2. If the oil level is obviously reduced due to oil leakage, measures shall be taken to eliminate the oil leakage and oil shall be added immediately to make the oil level return to normal.
3、若大量漏油，油位下降过多危及变压器安全运行时，应汇报调度申请停用该变压器。
3. If there is a large amount of oil leakage and the oil level drops too much, which endangers the safe operation of the transformer, it is necessary to report to the dispatcher for stopping the transformer.
