(1) the oil sample should be able to represent the equipment body oil, and avoid sampling at the dead corner where the oil circulation is not enough. Samples should be taken from the sampling valve at the bottom of the equipment and, under special circumstances, samples at different sampling locations.

（2）取样要求全密封，即取样连接方式可靠，不能让油中溶解水分及气体逸散，也不能混入空气(必须排净取样接头内残存的空气)，操作时油中不得产生气泡。

（3）取样应在晴天进行。取样后要求注射器芯子能自由活动，以避免形成负压空腔。
