运行中变压器油的处理方法
Treatment of transformer oil in operation
为保证变压器等充油电力设备能安全可靠地运行,对在运行中物理和化学属性发生改变的变压器油必须进行各种处理,以使其属性恢复到标准值。
In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of oil filled power equipment such as transformer, all kinds of treatment must be carried out for the transformer oil whose physical and chemical properties have changed in operation, so as to restore its properties to the standard value.
变压器油的处理可以在变压器运行中进行,也可以在变压器停运时进行,主要有以下几种方法。
The treatment of transformer oil can be carried out during the operation of the transformer or during the shutdown of the transformer. There are mainly the following methods.
1、滤油器
1. Oil filter
变压器在正常运行中用滤油器处理的方法,已得到广泛应用。运行经验表明,在有滤油器的变压器中,可以长时间地稳定新变压器油的性能,并能恢复运行中变压器油的性能,即可降低油的酸价、改善油质,达到延长变压器油使用期限的效果。
The method of using oil filter to deal with transformer in normal operation has been widely used. The operation experience shows that in the transformer with oil filter, the performance of the new transformer oil can be stabilized for a long time, and the performance of the transformer oil in operation can be restored, the acid value of the oil can be reduced, the oil quality can be improved, and the service life of the transformer oil can be extended.
2、充氮保护
2. Nitrogen filled protection
氮气为惰性气体,在变压器的储油柜上部缓冲空间充氮以后,可以减少油与空气的接触,从而在一定程度上防止变压器油因外界因素而被劣化,延长变压器油的使用寿命。
Nitrogen is an inert gas. After nitrogen is filled into the buffer space at the upper part of the oil storage tank of the transformer, the contact between oil and air can be reduced, so as to prevent the transformer oil from deterioration due to external factors to a certain extent, and extend the service life of the transformer oil.
3、加抗氧化剂
3. Add antioxidant
在新变压器油或再生后的变压器油中添加抗氧化剂,其目的是防止油的继续氧化,但对氧化程度较深的变压器油则起不到作用。因此添加抗氧化剂是一种比较消极的方法。
Adding antioxidants to new transformer oil or regenerated transformer oil is to prevent the oil from further oxidation, but it has no effect on transformer oil with deeper oxidation. Therefore, adding antioxidants is a relatively negative method.
